side note

I haven't gotten super personal on this blog, but I can't hold this in any longer: I hate being my own model. I really don't know how models pull all those amazing "I'm not trying" faces. My patient husband spends hours trying to capture each picture the way I want. Then I look at them all and its: I look drugged, I look confused, I look angry, yeah no good faces. Well, at least the clothes look amazing:).

p.s. shirt is the new take on the Ruffle T -- be sure to check it out in my Etsy shop (link is to the right).

little and Big

I began creating some new girls Spring designs this week. I loved adding to this perfect spring green vintage dress. A one-of-a-kind creation currently at the Flower Basket.

Also this week I did a new Big twist on the fabric bloom clip. Let me know what you think.

Spring Blooms

New, new, new for Spring! New fabrics, new colors, new designs and a great new product: shoe clips. Shoe clips are like clip-on earrings for your shoes. The clips are small, flat and smooth so they don't disturb your feet at all. I am in love with how versatile they are. They are great for hair, headbands, jacket, shirts, jewelry and of course shoes. Available at the Flower Basket Boutique in Provo and my Etsy shop. As always, I love doing custom orders. If you like what you see but want to discuss different size or color, email me at 2the9s.shop@gmail.com.

Welcome Spring

With so many sunny days recently, I couldn't resist the chance to upgrade this great sunshine yellow vintage dress. A one of a kind piece that is currently on display in the front window of the Flower Basket Boutique in Provo. Thank you Macie -- seeing it all lit up and part of your beautiful display made my week.

Coming in the next week: great floral shoe clips and a new twist on the ruffle T, check back soon!
